Hello and welcome. My name is Rosie McLoughlin, and I’m the founder of Wild Rose Forest Therapy. As a certified Forest Bathing Guide and Applied Psychologist with 12 years’ experience in mental health, I’m passionate about supporting others to connect deeply with nature.
Forest Bathing is a gentle, mindful invitation to engage your senses in a beautiful natural setting. Originating from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, it offers a unique opportunity to soothe your mind, restore wellbeing, and build a close connection with the natural world. It’s a chance to step away from the busyness of daily life, slow down, and notice small moments of wonder—breathing deeply and appreciating the colours, scents, and textures all around you.
Join me for a carefully crafted experience where you’ll discover creative ways to connect with nature and enjoy meaningful sharing with others. Each gentle walk concludes with a calming tea ceremony.
This nurturing wellbeing practice can help reduce stress, boost your mood, and, over time, deepen your connection and appreciation for nature.
